We rescue wonderful but neglected buildings built in the 1920’s and 1930’s. Our mission becomes to upgrade them with today’s amenities while restoring and conserving the charm of their original architecture and glory.

All of our properties are 4 units or less and located in Los Angeles. All units are conveniently within 20 minutes of most everything LA has to offer including: Santa Monica, Venice, West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Culver City, Downtown, LAX, Paramount, FOX, SONY, The Grove and Farmers Market. We are pet friendly. All of our appliances are Energy Star rated.
